For our August Apple Orchard Mini Class, we will specefically be diving into Step 2 of our Apple Orchard framework as we begin to understand the nuances of the RELATIONSHIPS we hve or do not have with our TREES.

The ability to have a close-knit group of clients, advocates and ambassadors in our business, will directly impact the type of revenue we can generate and overall impact and LTV or lifetime value we can depend on.

Some things to make note of: Who are your customers really?

  • Thier spouses name (how many kids)?
  • Where did they go to school?
  • How long have they been in business?
  • What are their hobbies?
